I’ll also add qualified write-in candidates if any of those appear.

Alex Cha
My name is Alex Cha. I have been an attorney for about 8 years in the City of Los Angeles. I am running for the at-large director position of Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council.
The growth, lifestyle, and renovation of downtown Los Angeles are very dear to me. I have spent the past 15 years living, working and/or going to school in downtown. I attended Loyola Law School near downtown, worked in downtown for many years and presently reside at the Vero, one of the new condos in downtown.
I currently serve as the President of the HOA of Vero. I also served as a City of Los Angeles Commissioner with the Industrial Development Authority from 2004 to 2006. In 1990-1991, I was a soldier in the US Army, participating in Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia.
I am interested in serving as a board member of Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council because the stakeholders should have a bigger voice and role in shaping the landscape and lifestyle of downtown Los Angeles.
